Get ready for a real different dessert or salad. This is so simple and pleasant tasting. And the added greatness of it is the fact that it is low calorie (less than 30) and low carbs (less than 5).
Here is how you make it.

1 Extra Large Cucumber
2 Tablespoons Walden Farms Carmel Sauce
¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon lemon juice

Cut cucumber in half, remove seeds. Cut into slices about 1/3 inch.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and pour on Carmel sauce. Enjoy!
Stays good in refrigerator for several days.

My favorite medium is anything I choose to use that day. Lately that has been oil. It has a rich velvety texture and glides over the canvas. I also like to use transparent watercolors because they glow with luminescence and allows for the light I see in life to be captured on paper. I started drawing as a teenager.
